MISSION
Teule House exists to make world-class, dignified mental health care accessible to every girl and woman who needs it beginning in Kenya, extending across East Africa and the African continent, and reaching women globally, regardless of her ability to pay. We provide comprehensive, evidence-based treatment for mood disorders, eating disorders, trauma, and related conditions through a multidisciplinary team and a culturally-rooted, faith-sensitive approach that treats the whole person: mind, body, relationships, and spirit. As a social enterprise, we turn the resources of those who can pay into healing for those who cannot, so that no woman is turned away in her hour of need.

A Kenya, an East Africa, an Africa and ultimately a world where mental illness is met with understanding rather than stigma, where every girl and woman can access the care she needs to recover and thrive, and where healing restores not only individuals but their families and communities.

To establish Teule House as the leading specialized centre for women's and girls' mental health, rooted in Kenya, scaling across East Africa and the continent, and accessible globally, delivering measurably superior recovery outcomes while serving across the full spectrum of income, and doing so sustainably so that the work endures and grows.
Levels of Care & Areas of Treatment
Teule House offers a continuum of care that meets each client where they are. Clients can step up to a more intensive level or step down to a lighter one as their needs change, ensuring care that is neither too little nor more than required.

Alongside our specialised eating disorder care, Teule House treats the full range of mood and related conditions affecting girls and women. Each is addressed through our multidisciplinary, whole-person approach — integrating therapy, medical and nutritional care, social support, and creative and somatic recovery practices.
