I Choose Life Africa Patnership
Build & Restore partnered with I Choose Life Africa to deliver a Mental Health and Wellness Awareness Session for students from the Faculty of Engineering and the Built Environment at the University of Nairobi.
The event provided a platform for meaningful conversations around mental health, emotional well-being, stress management, and help-seeking among university students. Through collaboration, education, and community engagement, we continue to promote mental wellness and create supportive spaces where young people can thrive.
Together, we are working to increase awareness, reduce stigma, and encourage early intervention for mental health challenges.
