Stronger Together: Partnering with I Choose Life Africa
Some of the most meaningful change happens when organisations with different strengths walk together. Through our partnership with I Choose Life Africa (ICL), we bring professional mental health expertise into ICL's work with young people and communities across Kenya.
We train peer leaders, equip students with emotional awareness and life skills, facilitate honest conversations about mental health, and make sure anyone who needs further support is connected to qualified care. ICL reaches people where they are, and we make sure the support they receive is safe, skilled and compassionate.
Together we are helping raise a generation that knows it is okay to ask for help and knows where to find it.
Build & Restore partnered with I Choose Life Africa to deliver a Mental Health and Wellness Awareness Session for students from the Faculty of Engineering and the Built Environment at the University of Nairobi.
